Our company, Safe Event Testing, is committed to making your events safe, smooth, and secure. Here we share our best practices for managing a testing site for an event.
1. Be sure to communicate with your venue and/or planner about the size of the event and confirmed guests.
2. Based on the number of attendees, we will make sure the event is properly staffed with the right amount of medical professionals needed to run an efficient and effective testing process.
3. Designate a clear testing space--one that accommodates people waiting with the appropriate amount of social distancing. With the latest in technology and up-to-date protocols, Kwokman ensures Safe Event Testing is always up to speed with the latest equipment and procedures.
4. Create a staggered schedule for testing - whether you assign times or allow people to sign up, it’s important to have this organized in advance.
5. Private and confidential results--our team uses Bindle which is a secure phone app that is a HIPAA compliant platform.
6. Testing Positive: in the event that someone tests positive, we adhere to all ISSA and OSHA protocols regarding next steps.
7. Proper approvals and credentials: Safe Event Testing is approved to operate COVID-19 Antigen and Molecular tests by the NY State Health Department. Additionally, our parent company, Kwokman Diagnostics, is a leader in the point of care diagnostic space.
As a client of Safe Event Testing, we take care of how to run a smooth and safe testing site for an event. Each event includes the following health and safety protocols.
- Social distance signage
- Hand sanitizing stations
- QR code access to the intake form
- Check-in area
- Queue space
- Separate testing stations
- Secure app technology designed to keep your results private
Additionally, we can create testing signage to match your event vibe and customized staff wardrobe to match the vibe
Other possible add-ons include: extended testing hours and rush fee for events booked within two weeks of the event date.
